Description

The EL84-TK Vacuum Tube, Single is a new-production power pentode designed as a replacement for compatible EL84 and 6BQ5 applications. Its compact construction can deliver up to 17 watts of output, providing reliable performance and a balanced sound for audio frequency amplifiers and musical instrument amplifiers.

Manufactured in partnership with JJ Electronic in Slovakia, this tube is rigorously tested, cryogenically treated, and extensively burned in. When overdriven in British-style amplifier circuits, it produces the distinctive chiming response and clear articulation associated with classic EL84-powered amplifiers.
