Description

The EL84-TK Vacuum Tube, Matched Quad is a matched set of four new-production power pentodes for compatible EL84 and 6BQ5 applications. Each compact tube can deliver up to 17 watts of output, providing reliable performance and a balanced sound for audio frequency amplifiers and musical instrument amplifiers.

Manufactured in partnership with JJ Electronic in Slovakia, these tubes are rigorously tested, cryogenically treated, and extensively burned in. When overdriven in British-style amplifier circuits, they produce the distinctive chiming response and clear articulation associated with classic EL84-powered amplifiers.
