Description

This individually calibrated measurement microphone captures detailed acoustic data for loudspeaker and room calibration. Its tetrahedral capsule arrangement measures frequency response, phase, group delay, impulse response, distance, azimuth, elevation, and absolute sound pressure level while locating each speaker and subwoofer in three dimensions.

Positioned at the main listening location, the microphone helps compatible processors map the physical speaker layout and identify early reflections for acoustic field processing and Remapping. Version-specific cable, power, compatibility, and compensation-file requirements support selected professional and residential processors.
