The Barefoot Sound Footprint®01 Gen2 is a flagship studio monitor designed to bring cutting-edge performance to modern production environments, whether you're working in stereo, immersive audio, or a multi-channel setup. Completely redesigned from the original Footprint01, the Gen2 version features an all-new architecture, upgraded components, and a host of next-generation technologies, all packed into a compact, robust enclosure.

At its core, the Gen2 uses a tri-amplified 3-way system powered by dedicated Class D amps: 60W for the tweeter, 150W for the midrange, and a powerful 500W for the dual 8-inch woofers. This configuration ensures headroom and clarity across a frequency range of 36 Hz to 40 kHz, with crossover points precisely set at 170 Hz and 3600 Hz. The newly engineered 1" dual ring radiator tweeter, 5" aluminum cone midrange, and Dual-Force™ 8" woofers have been specifically designed for reduced distortion, enhanced transient response, and ultra-clean output even at high SPLs of ≥113 dB.
